Electric wax melt warmers are used with scented wax cubes or melts that release fragrance (wax melts sold separately).  Just plug into an electric outlet, place a couple wax cubes into the bowl and turn on burner.  Once the wax melts completely it creates a lovely fragrance that fills the room and lasts for several hours.
